RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Customer satisfaction is our first priority. If a product is found to have a defect from manufacturing please email within 7 days of receipt explaining the problem so we can make it right. Please include a photo of any damage if applicable. We will then provide  further instructions depending on the situation.

Unless otherwise specified, all products are custom-made after receiving your order and confirmation of payment. After production has started changes can not be made. We will accept unwashed and unworn items in exchange for another item or store credit within 30 days of receipt.

Custom products/orders are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable.

Any refunds issued will take at least 3 business days to post to your account.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Yes. We ship worldwide. Please be aware that customs has the ability to hold your package for as long as they want. 7hirteen cannot be held responsible for lost, misdirected mail, or for the actions of customs after leaving the U.S. 7hirteen is not responsible for taxes, tariffs, or additional charges placed on your package once it is in your country. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?  Most orders are processed in 3-7 business days. On rare occasions an order may take 7-10 days to process. Please remain patient as we are preparing your products especially for you. Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or holidays will not start processing until the next business day. 

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. 

U.S. orders normally arrive in 2-7 business days after the ship date. Tracking is provided via USPS.  

International orders: Please allow 2-8 weeks after ship date for your order to arrive as ship times vary by region. Tracking is provided vis USPS First Class International.

Shipping times may vary. Please allow extra processing & shipping time for customized orders. 

MY TRACKING SAYS I RECEIVED MY ORDER BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT. WHAT CAN I DO?  7hirteen cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will have to pay for re-shipment postage.

You the customer are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. Please contact your local postal office for further information on lost or stolen mail.

WHY DOES MY SHIRT SMELL LIKE VINEGAR?  The DTG printing process can sometimes leave a vinegar-like odor on the printed item. Not to worry! The smell should go away after the first wash. Flip the shirt inside out and wash it on cold, dry on low. Or you can rinse the garment in cold water and hang it to dry! Either should get rid of any residual odor.
